We define and price the contracted scope before construction. Scope changes, allowance selections, and genuinely concealed conditions are handled in writing, with your authorization, before the related work proceeds.
How is the completion date handled?
Your completion date is committed in writing and actively managed. Our project managers coordinate trades, selections, and the critical path while accounting for the normal variability of construction.
