Project Manager
Oversee residential construction projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough. You'll coordinate trades, manage timelines using our LEGO-block scheduling system, and ensure every project meets our on-time, on-budget guarantee.
Design Project Manager
Lead the design phase for custom homes and remodels. Work directly with clients to translate their vision into buildable plans, manage selections, and ensure design continuity from concept through construction.
Estimator
Build the hard bids that are the foundation of our on-budget guarantee. You'll work with LIDAR scans, architectural plans, and trade partners to produce detailed, accurate estimates that clients can trust.
Superintendent
Lead on-site construction operations with the precision and quality that defines every Design Builders project. You'll manage daily field activities, coordinate trade partners, and ensure work meets our exacting standards.
Skilled Carpenter / Laborer
Bring craftsmanship to every detail. Our field team works on the most unique and challenging residential projects in the Bowling Green region — from historic restorations to custom new construction.
